I can follow the thinking behind letting the PTFs sit on the side. But
right now it seems there is one Python-pkgs directory for the whole
system, namely
/QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OPS/Python-pkgs
It seems to me there should be one for each version of Python (in case
you have both Options 2 and 4). Or is there some other name for the
Option 4 PTF package directory?
