Maybe there is some way to configure Chrome to get the keys you want?
If not, maybe some tricks with AutoHotkey are in order. In my opinion,
it is very close to unacceptable for any software to NOT provide
hotkeys for copy and paste, and Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V have pretty much
established themselves as the de facto standard keys for these
functions, and not just on Windows.
