If you're using the Python RPM, just install python3-pandas.ppc64.

Subject: [IBMiOSS] Installing Pandas on IBM i
Hi
Has anyone been successful in installing Pandas in IBM i. I do see some
old threads about the same but could not find specifics about being able
to install pandas successfully on IBM i.
My environment is IBM i on version 7.3 having python 2.7 & 3.4 installed.
Any insights will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Arun
