   There is no "conversion" from OPS to yum. They are two separate
   environments that can live side by side (though it's probably best to
   remove OPS once you have moved everything over to yum).

     I had Python 3 installed, by our former admin, a couple of years ago (at
     least) via 5733-OPS.  Going forward, how do I begin using RPM?  Will it
     update the existing Python install in place?
