It works with a simple script with just an echo, though.

This is the juice of it:

../src/node.cc:560:void node::PlatformInit(): Assertion `(err) == (0)'
failed.

Somehow it's confused when launched from QSH. Must be deep Node fu about
the platform identifier or something.
