We use ScreenPass with a bouncing bmp.  It uses the users network password
and an administrator bypass.

I have always band them myself.  And now our HIPAA auditor says we must add
a 
screen saver to cover up all idle screens.  I'm sure our users are going to
be 
thrilled.
