Sorry... I just spent a month looking at cases and forgot that I'm using
jargon. It appears that there is a group of gamers who build a strong gamer PC
into a very small case; a case with a carrying handle. Then they get together,
all of them bringing their PC to a friend's house, plug them into a hub and do
multiplayer gaming on the spot.

Not that you need a serious horsepower machine like a gamer does, but the point
is that the entire PC is meant to be readily transportable, and so fits into a
small form factor case. I don't know if you can buy a business class PC in a
lan party case, but you can undoubtedly build one. Google turned up a bunch of
hits on such cases, and http://www.zipzoomfly.com has cases, motherboards, etc.
 One manufacturer is Antec:

that the shipping charges will kill you on cases, so try to get them locally.
