"Once you initiate a search, in the window that shows the results (emails
found matching the search criteria) you can select all of those messages 
by
clicking on the FIRST one and, holding the Shift Key down, clicking on the
LAST one and that will select them all. Then select print and you will get
some different options on output (table style or memo style).

No.  First, I whish I have MS Outlook... I love it... however, we have 
Lotus Notes.  But that is not the issue.   I want to be able to print the 
list of files of that search result I did previously but from Windows 
Explorer...
