With YahooPops, yes you can.  Basically it sits as a proxy between the
email client and the Web.  You don't point your email client to the
web, you point it to 127.0.0.1 (or whatever you set YahooPops to) and
when you ask for your email, YahooPops logs in and gets the mail.  You
configure as many Yahoo accounts in your email server as you want.
Since they are all forwarded to Pops, they all work.  It doesn't
interfere with other POP3 email either (like Compuserve.)
