I can vouch for that too. Even loaded it on my Microsoft Outlook heavy installation at main cleient's, and it's great. I won't go back.

That's Win98, but OpenOffice.org is okay. I also use it at home on my XP and it'a even better there.

For a free MS Office replacement, checkout OpenOffice. They do have a Mac OS X version.

I use it on the PC side and it reads/saves MS Office file formats quite well. 
Mileage with it on Mac may vary...
