Saw something today that I've never noticed before. I did a spelling check
in M$ Word 2000, and the "completed" dialog box says that [Text marked with
"Do not check spelling or grammer" was skipped]. I created the document
from scratch, using the Professional Memo template.

I can see how this could be useful when including RPG/CL/DDS source code in
a document.

Word's help was actually useful for a change! To mark text so that it
avoids being checked for spelling or grammer errors:

  1. Select the text that you don't want to check.

  2. On the Tools menu, point to Language, and
     then click Set Language.

  3. Select the Do not check spelling or grammar
     check box.
