I'm looking at adding video capture to my PC.  Primarily for converting old VHS 
tapes to DVD but also as a means to store current video from a digital 
camcorder to DVD.  I looked at the Dazzle products but most of the reviews I 
read weren't very good.  I don't know if the products are really that bad or if 
it's just a few disgruntled user making a lot of noise.

If anyone has any experience with video capture I'd like to hear you 
recommendations on how to get started.
