That is probably the best route to go. Especially since the price of Ghost
is so close to what they wanted (and with the rebate, better still)! Let us

I thought about that route.  I finally decided that if they are that messed
up its best to not let them help me anymore. 

I ordered a copy of Norton Ghost ($69 less $40 rebate).  Hopefully that'll
go a long ways to solving my problem, plus give me a valuable tool for my
kit,
