        Listen, if you are on a network, you might look into G4U (Ghost for 
Unix),
a bootable floppy or cd which will allow you to ftp a compressed image of
your drive to a server on the fly or overlay your drive with a previously
stored image.  I have used it with success and it's free.

Thanks for all the information.  I've been hearing a lot about Norton Ghost
lately.  Looks like I'll be checking into it.
