Peter:

I've never used that system, but upgrading the hard drive shouldn't be a problem. You may want to invest in Ghost so you can duplicate the current drive to the new one.

As for memory, I suggest you check out Crucial (http://www.crucial.com) ... they have compatible memory for just about any system you care to name.
