Cool, it worked!!! Thanks a bunch. I'll file this one away so when I need
to do it again in ten years I'll be ready. Thanks again.

Subject: [PCTECH] Batch File With Redirected Input

I'm attempting to write a DOS batch file that will FTP to a server, log in,
change directories, and get a specific file. I seem to remember having
done something similar a long time ago by issuing the command with it's
input redirected from a file. When I run it, it doesn't fill in the
user-id and stops waiting on a password. Here's what I've got. What
doesn't look right? Thanks.

Batch File:
cd \foldername
ftp servername < inputactions.txt

INPUTACTIONS.TXT:
anonymous

cd \serverfolder
get filename
quit
