I've used that in the past but don't recall it looking like it does at that
link. If your email server is listed there, does that mean it is an open
relay ?

Domain's don't get blacklisted.  EVER.  Only servers get blacklisted.

Have your customer verify that their system isn't an open relay.  A good
place to start is http://openrbl.org/.
