Its a local ISP. They use the local water towers in each small town surrounding their hub city. The towns are daisy chained, one to the other. I am four water towers away from the source. Its fairly reliable since we removed the mistletoe growing over the receiver outside the house.

Its worth a try however I expect the issue you raise will become a headache.

those connections is usually incredibly high, it doesn't affect web
