All,

Our CEO receives or is pointed to online PDF forms that need filled out.
These come from the government, banks, attorneys, etc.

The IRS (www.irs.gov) has some that can be filled out and saved locally,
like a W4. It's called 'Document Rights' and is slick. Go to their site
and check it out.

However most banks etc don't seem to be doing it that way. With theirs you
must print it and fill it out manually.

Is there a way to fill out _any_ PDF? Is that what one buys Acrobat for?
Even with that, could the author of the PDF protect it anyway?

Thanks.
