Tools - Email accounts - View/change existing - (pick an account) - Change..
- More settings.. - Advanced tab and up the server timeout slider.

I have not had any timeouts since I made this change. Made it for all my
accounts. Previously getting at least 5-10 per day

Hi Gary

After you change the timeout in Outlook change the timeout in K9 to
match.

Changing K9 is not an issue - I know how to do that - but where the beep
have MS hidden it in Outlook 2003? I have been looking for it for over 30
minutes and still can't find it. I know I'm going to feel like an idiot
when you tell me - but where is it please?
