Paul - a wild guess.  Could the printer be connected via a Parallel cable, but 
not a bi-directional cable, so the PC never gets a confirmation back from the 
PC that the reports have printed?

That's what I do, but shouldn't they flush out after printing? My other PC 
doesn't have this problem.
