I did a Google search on that and man oh
man did I get the hits and it was a HUGE problem. There was NO way for me to
talk to Comcast because I didn't have an account with them (I tried and they
blew me off). There was NO way to email them on this. You just got some BS
junk back.

AMEN!

A couple years ago, I was getting e-mails bounced back from some ISP due to
some filter of some sort. The bounced e-mail had text that essentially said
"Your mail to xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been rejected for [some reason]. If you
feel that this was incorrect, reply to fixourproblem@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to contact
our support group."

Totally paraphrased from memory, but that's the gist of it.

So, I compose a description of what was going on and sent it off to
[fixourproblem@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] hoping at least to get a dialog going.

The result?

Within minutes, I get a bounced e-mail with text that essentially said: "Your
mail to fixourproblem@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx has been rejected for [the same reason].
If you feel that this was incorrect, reply to fixourproblem@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to
contact our support group."

I wondered how long they went on believing that they'd installed a foolproof
configuration -- "It must be working great! We NEVER get any complaints!"
