That gets me to the same options in Outlook that I've already been through to no avail :-) Can't believe it would let something get setup like this with no way to correct it - oh wait, it's MS :-)
I had some weirdness after upgrading to a new version of Outlook and creating new .PST files in the newer format. I was finally able to get rid of it by going into email accounts and deleting and recreating my account.
