In many jurisdictions, real estate records are public domain and on the internet...I've had fun when I've had boring wait for tape time wandering through some areas finding celebrity trust fund real estate...etc....

I wonder if there's anyway to reconcile your email address to property
records?

I occasionally get snail mail from real estate attorneys and tax
attorneys regarding a potential overpay of property taxes ... but never
email.
