Thanks Joe - I found a DTD generator, threw the original XML at it and it
came up with something similar. I think it was:

<!ELEMENT Product ( #PCDATA | Description | SellPrice | Quantity?) )* >

But as you note it doesn't really work because it allows multiples and
things that should not be omitted (Description) can be. It seems odd that
since it is valid XML that you can't code a DTD to accurately represent it!

Maybe I'll try one of the XML oriented forums and see what they have to say.
