Hi list:

I have rows of data in a worksheet: items, dates and quantities. My
items are sometimes repeated in the list because I have different days,
let's say:

ABC123 1051215 10.000
ABC123 1060122 5.000
ABC123 1070330 17.000

I just want to keep in a clean worksheet the record with the "oldest
date", in this case, the first line.

Is that possible in EXCEL 2000?

Note: I can't use SQL on his laptop. Is very outdated and we need this
fast.

Thanks in advance.
