But isn't this approach helping me to determine ONLY the oldest (minimum) value? I know how to get that. The beauty is to KEEP the rest of the information that is associated with this value.

That is the key.
You might be able to use a combination of Min() and then something like VLookup(). Use Min to find the oldest entry, then use multiple VLookup's to reference each column in the row that matches that value. The most important thing about VLookup is that the values to search must be sorted. But then if they were sorted, couldn't you always reference the first row?
