ASP or ASP.Net? If the former, you don't need the .Net framework at all.
Also, W2K not W2K3? And are you running your System i on V4R2?
Seriously, you should be running W2K3. And for development, why use
server at all, just use XP. As for the error, what's in the event log?
And what's in the web-server log? Either (both) might give you an idea
of the problem. And did you enable scripts for the web site. HTM will
serve just fine if you didn't, but IIS won't run ASP unless you tell it
it can. Finally, does the ASP user have the needed permissions to the
directory? IIRC, ASP runs as IWAM_<MachineName> on W2K, but it's been a
while.
