For those of you that do not use gMail regurlarly (and interested),
gmail causes a lot of unknown attempts to access sites (from ajax) and
makes it look spooky on your alarm software. It is obvious in this
case gMail is going to a unique uri for your mail indexes.
The reason I mention this is of you check "always allow" this
activity, it appears you approved this type of behavior and therefore
negate future protection, assumingly from a non-gMail activity, i.e.
anything within the scope of a browser session.
It is such a pain I typically shut down my counter spy (that I paid
for) but I have not figured it all out yet nor think it may be worth
the effort.
I imagine this is a 10-fold increase in behavior violations in the
typical spy monitor using MSIE V7 I am using MSIE 6

In other words, we are not there yet.
