What I meant was - if it's a real BSOD it will look like this:

and will have helpful information on it that would mean progressing with the
problem in one way.

If it's not that then presumably windows is getting stuck during boot. Is
there a hidden, system file call bootlog.ini in the root of C: drive that
has a date stamp matching the last time the PC was turned on?

And, is there anything particularly different on the days it doesn't work.
E.g. a USB device is left plugged in some nights
