Nick,

Is there any software out there that will allow me to see their password?

As an aside, the reason you can't do this is the passwords are stored using
a "one-way encryption" technique. In other words, the password CAN'T be
decrypted even by the system or IBM. To verify a password, the system
encrypts the password to be tried, and compares the encrypted value to the
stored value for that profile. If they match, the passwords also match.
The password never needs to be able to be decrypted.
