Run firefox.exe -profilemanager

It was not a specific add-on. It seems one of the files in my profile was hosed. I don't know which one, but through a series of copies, creating a new profile, copying stuff in, copying it back, and so on, I finally got things working again. I'm still curious as to what broke Firefox, but I'll move on for now.
