I don't know if anyone has come across this.
When dealing with WSDc, I can't remember if it was
the profile information or if it was the actual application,
but the folder structure gets so deep that Windows doesn't know
how to delete it.
Is there a utility out there that can be used to delete
these type of file structures?

Here's another suggestion...

Use a DOS window and use the CD command to negotiate to the folder just
above the deepest folder and remove it, then successively use cd .. to back
up to each previous folder and remove the folder below it.

Example:
You have a deep folder named
C:\Folder1\folder2\folder3\folder4\folder5\folder6\folder7\folder8\folder9\folder10
(ad nauseum...)

Open a DOS window and type:

CD
C:\Folder1\folder2\folder3\folder4\folder5\folder6\folder7\folder8\folder9

RD folder10 (will remove folder10)

CD..

RD folder9 (will remove folder9)

etc...
