I'm surprised that FireFox is that unstable for you. I use it
exclusively, and only go to M$ Exploder when the web page won't allow
anything else. There are some sites that won't work with anything but
M$ Exploder.

What sites are you trying to use? I would see if they bomb with my
FireFox install.

I tried....I really did. I've long been an MSIE user.
Then Google Chrome came out and I tried it. And I liked it. Changed it to
my default. And REALLY liked it. But....no plugin's work. In particular,
parts of Googles own toolbar or PayPal plugin so no auto fill. And the
Alexa plugin doesnt work either (something I've come to pay a lot of
attention to as I get into SEO).

But a few sites don't work with Chrome. So I tried Firefox. Is it better
than MSIE? Probably equal. But, it is one of the most unstable
applications I've used in a long time! When using the browser, it crashes
frequently. So frequently, they've had to build a nice restart/recover
process into it. But that doesn't remove the annoyance of the crash. Or
the stuff lost.

But, I tried to divorce myself from the Evil Empire formally known as
Microsoft and now known as Google.

Chrome is back to being my default browser and MSIE is the secondary.
