It's Embedded NT, so it's not the complete OS. Some stuff is missing, and I

If this is just for you, then install Cygwin to get a decent shell.

If this is for others you will have to do magic tricks. These are much
easier to do in NT/2000/XP/Vista than 95/98/ME. What is your requirement?
