Clearing the cache is just a catchall ... the javascript file that was loading the highlighter was changed (cleared out), so it would reload anyways.

Just curious... So am I to infer that code from midrange.com was what
ran on my PC, to highlight the token(s) provided in a search? And
visiting now [after clearing cache] that code either no longer runs
or a version which does not cause the CPU is there in place.?

I removed it entirely ... even the latest version was causing problems. No clue why.

The added value was minimal, so I just got rid of it.
