I have understood Symphony (pity they reused the product name) to be an OpenOffice.org with IBM legacy file filters (allowing for reading and writing e.g. 1-2-3 documents) and a revamping of the GUI to look non-OpenOfficy.

Is there more? We use Notes, so it would be nice if it could play well with it.
