This is more of a just curious question, but.

I currently have two ISPs for a couple of weeks. Phasing out one I've had
for a long time and going to a new one but they are overlapping in service
for a little while.

So, just for the heck of it, I have two wireless routers set up and two
wireless connections on my PC.

I have each set up to point to a different ISP.

When I send out a request via web page, or over a VPN. which route does
the request take?

Is it whichever one responds first (because one ISP is considerably faster
than the other) or is there some other method used to decide which route
gets priority for requests?
