Interesting how individual preferences and experiences color our
impressions.
Very true, and I'll admit it is preference. But if end-user Bob gets an
email with a body and 3 PDF attachments and then wants to forward it to
end-user Sally, I would expect Sally would want an email w/3 PDF
attachments. Not an email with one attachment that needs to be opened to
see 3 attachments. But that is preference.
What started this however, is that the end-user Frank received an email
w/4 attachments (our invoices!) Forwarded the email to his assistant and
she got a blank email. Seems Thunderbird wasn't showing the email
correctly. Don't know why. Originated in Outlook, Frank opened in TB and
his assistant also has TB.
