At this point then, make sure you are at the latest firmware update. Then
restore to factory settings and try again. It's amazing what that'll fix.

These Linksys routers can be a pain in the butt to work with. There is
stuff all OVER the net about the problems.

When I first set this up I inserted the CD and followed the steps for
hooking it up, etc. and then it goes looking for it and can't fine it.
Well there was a post on the net to take a look at the first screen
presented and ignore the Start Here link and notice in the lower left
hand corner the "setup" link and to use that one. Guess what ? That one
would work - WTF ?

Sounds stupid, but did you make sure the wireless radio is turned on?
My
wife's Dell has a switch on the side that lets you turn the radio
on/off.

Are the other PCs/printers on the network powered off? That would
prevent the ip conflict issue.
