If you have a statically configured network, look at the documentation
to which device this IP address was assigned.

If you're using DHCP, look to which hostname this lease was distributed.

If you're using DHCP with DNS integration (the recommended
configuration for a network of any size), you can just query the PTR
record to find out which hostname this address maps to:

C:\Users\l.beeler>nslookup 10.33.3.33
Server: hor-dc-01.int.acommit.ch
