I have both media and license. Both were unopened and located in what seems to be the original System Builder box. Everything looks above board, unless their selling a System Builder version as an OEM version is misleading.

Of course, you can still get this to install and activate, but you
still won't have a license.

Have the seller fix you up with the proper media or request a refund.

With a Volume License key, what should the proper media be? At this point I'm still not sure I have an argument.
