Customer has a large nbr of email rejections.
We got them removed from one blacklist, and they don't appear on other major ones.
Below rejection is saying the recipient server rejected, but i don't see why it's labelled a "relay".
Our i5 forwards to an Exchange server which does the send.
Process works for thousands of customers but not this one (and a few more).
Customer called recipient & verified address.
email did have an attachment (pdf).
