That's the latest thing I was thinking but the REALLY weird thing that I
wouldn't think would be keyboard related is the fields mention in a new
Outlook email not being enabled...

OTOH - did you try the keyboard on a different pc to see if it behaves

same way?

Can you test the keyboard with XP/Vista/7 ?

In other words can you nail it down to the problem being the keyboard or

pc hardware or pc software specific?
