Hi Peter!

You should be able to host your video streaming (assuming your Internet
link is pretty fast) on an Ubuntu Linux or Windows box running VLC. Take
a look at http://www.videolan.org/vlc. Check out
http://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Streaming_HowTo_New for
instructions.
