I searched it but it's a walk through molasses trying to figure out the last or latest news bits on this. SCO didn't have a leg to stand on, in my opinion, especially since they themselves released their own Linux version under GPL, and I think I remember references to it "losing" the case.

But I'm more curious about what happened with the Unix license that underlies AIX.
