Antivirus software often does nothing for malware. So, I second the mention of MalwareBytes. It's been able to clean every system I've ever thrown it at, so it'd be an excellent place to start. You may indeed need to start in safe mode if you have any issues installing or running MB, as some malware actively kills certain executables to try and preserve itself.

I usually run no less than three passes with MB, and more if needed until everything comes back with no infections twice, FWIW.
