We have a W2008 virtual server (Hyper-V) with 10 thin clients on it. Every
great once in a while it will go into a high CPU usage for 5-15 minutes
where everyone comes to a standstill, then it goes on as if nothing
happened. I may have posted about this before.

Anyway, my managed services guy cannot find anything specific. It was
recently suggested to him that Flash player is a real performance killer on
RDS.

If I get rid of Flash, what will the users lose? I know it relates to
video, but I don't think it means that NO videos could be viewed.

Thanks.
