Is it possible to filter email based on a sender's actual ISP, even if
the sender is sending email from various accounts on gmail and yahoo?

I have a stalker who apparently can't control his urges. Every time I
add a new filter he pops up with another name. Its growing wearisome.
I suspect I am stuck with adding new filters every time there is a full
moon, but perhaps there is a way?

Is the email actually coming from Gmail and Yahoo mail servers? Or is
it coming his ISP's mail servers and just using a Gmail/Yahoo email
address?

If the latter, you should definitely be able to filter on the Received
header created by your ISP's mail server.

If the former, you might be able to, but it depends on Gmail/Yahoo
creating a Received header showing the original IP address.
