I doubt any software is going to do that.

The pc would have to have a temp gauge and I am not
aware of any consumer boxes that do that.

Even the high end midrange processors only have a
high/low sensor that detects heat/cool but that is a
min/max thing.

All laptops have a real issue with heat and keeping
them from self destruction. Heat sinks and fans just
ain't big enough for a box that's 1"-2" thick.
